At Nouriselle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.

  • All tags must be attached and products must be in the original, unopened packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at info@nouriselle.com to initiate your return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

All international returns must be sent to our fulfillment partner in HONG KONG. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and handling fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@nouriselle.com with a description and photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened beauty or skincare products (e.g. creams, sprays)

  • Worn intimate clothing (e.g. leggings, underwear)

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Products must still meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@nouriselle.com.
